Never a Dull Day as a Hotel Manager...
Said guest wanted a full refund because she and her friend were evicted for fighting and causing a disturbance to other guests in our sister Hotel.
Rest assured, we take our guests concerns with the greatest of respect and empathy.
However, there is a line. I'm sure you'll agree that this lady was completely unreasonable - it certainly made for comedy gold.
